The first season consisting of 65 episodes followed the battles between Matt Trakker and his agents of M.A.S.K, an offshoot of the Peaceful Nations Alliance (P.N.A), versus Miles Mayhem criminal organisation the Vicious Evil Network of Mayhem (V.E.N.O.M). Run by Duane Kennedy, P.N.A was an international peacekeeping organization that kept Matt updated on the plans and whereabouts of V.E.N.O.M, in a bid to foil their evil endeavours.

The first season consisting of 65 episodes followed the battles between Matt Trakker and his agents of M.A.S.K, an offshoot of the Peaceful Nations Alliance (P.N.A), versus Miles Mayhem criminal organisation the Vicious Evil Network of Mayhem (V.E.N.O.M). Run by Duane Kennedy, P.N.A was an international peacekeeping organization that kept Matt updated on the plans and whereabouts of V.E.N.O.M, in a bid to foil their evil endeavours.
